Purchased these extremely comfortable, fun shoes and after less than 8 weeks of gentle wear, the metallic swirly floral print covering at the top of the heel split. I recommend the style and comfort without reservation, but the very thin covering was defective. I am returning them and will choose a leather next time.

I own 9 pairs of Alegria shoes, and this is the only pair I have returned. They are really cute but very glitzy (the silver parts almost look like foil). If you want shoes that really make a statement you will like these. They were just a little bit over the top for me. As for the fit, I ordered the same size I have ordered in the Paloma and Feliz styles and they were fine.
