I admit, I was very skeptical about these shoes. I was afraid to purchase more shoes I would not be comfortable in. I have horrible worn out feet from being a nurse for over 20 yrs. Birkenstocks were about the only relief I have found, until now! These I wore for a 12 hr shift right out of the box without any problems. Sure my feet were tired, but not crippled feeling at the end of the shift! I immediately came back and ordered 2 other styles for outside of work! I am a believer!!!

I love these so much I bought my mother a pair and she loves them just as much. Get lots of ohh ahhh's over them. I live in the wilds of Tasmania and on a bleak wet day I love my Alegria's which always put a pep in my step.

As a dog lover, I gravitated to these shoes as soon as I saw them on the site (paid full price just a few months ago, but considering buying a 2nd pr to off-set the original price - ha). Based on the comfort alone, it has been worth every penny! I have received so many compliments from friends and strangers alike -- including someone in the next bathroom stall, who I never met face to face! Lol. ("Cool shoes! Are those Crocs? Where'd you get those?" - were the questions I received while in the bathroom -- seriously!) These go with jeans, capris, and even dressy-er capris quite well. There is no question I'm a "dog person" when I wear these, and they are definitely conversation starters. Love them!
