I must have missed the 'patient look' which has taken me time to get used to. The 38 is thin sock or none size wise for me. It conforms to my awfully painful feet & I'm pleased. Morten's Neuromas, bunion, painful arch - Alegria is working very well.

This is a very comfortable shoe from day 1. The pics do not do it justice. It is a dressy shoe that is very well worn. I would recommend it to anyone.
