Designed specifically for the health care worker, the Donna has all the same features as the Classic with added features that include a stain-resistant upper and a no-slip bottom. The Donna has a combination latex and cork footbed that is designed to form to the foot. If necessary, the footbed is removable to allow space for custom orthotics, and the interior has extra depth to create a roomy fit. The outsole is engineered to reduce heel and central metatarsal pressure, and the bottom is flat to increase stability. I was so excited when I received my shoes, but it did not last long. My daughter borrowed them first when she returned them she warned me to be careful because she had almost fallen while wearing them.  I wore them to work 2 days (12 hrs in Emergency Room) after nearly falling 3 times and then actually falling, I gave them to my ANM with the same warning. Not sure why, but I kept turning my right ankle.
