Designed specifically for the health care worker, the Donna has all the same features as the Classic with added features that include a stain-resistant upper and a no-slip bottom. The Donna has a combination latex and cork footbed that is designed to form to the foot. If necessary, the footbed is removable to allow space for custom orthotics, and the interior has extra depth to create a roomy fit. The outsole is engineered to reduce heel and central metatarsal pressure, and the bottom is flat to increase stability. The Alegria shoes I received have been worth the price. Received the shoes in less than a week.  The removable footbed allows for extra room for the toes for conditions such as bunions and also being on your feet for long periods, as I currently do as a nurse.  I have been wearing the shoes for a short time and have received numerous compliments. I look forward to being a repeat customer.
