Designed specifically for the health care worker, the Donna has all the same features as the Classic with added features that include a stain-resistant upper and a no-slip bottom. The Donna has a combination latex and cork footbed that is designed to form to the foot. If necessary, the footbed is removable to allow space for custom orthotics, and the interior has extra depth to create a roomy fit. The outsole is engineered to reduce heel and central metatarsal pressure, and the bottom is flat to increase stability. These are amazing.  As I've gotten older I've found that shoes don't always feel as good at the end of the day as they did when I slipped them on in the morning.  I love this pair.  They remain comfortable (and so CUTE) all day.  
I generally wear a size 10 but find the European size 40 to be perfect.  I am anxious to buy another pair of Alegrias!

Most Comfortable Shoes I Have Ever Owned March 26, 2010

This is my first pair of Alegria clogs and I love them. The insoles have molded to my foot and provide the cushioning I need. Because of health problems and foot problem I have a hard time purchasing shoes that do not damage my feet or make my feet hurt. After wearing these for over a week every day and all day, my feet are good and only hurt because of a disease process, no from standing or walking. Try a $59 pair like I did. You won't be sorry.

Very comfortable!  Great arch and heel support.  I have plantar fasciitis and the Alegria Donna Blueberry leather has help me tremendously.  No more heel and arch pain.
