How do I return an item?

It's easy! We simply email you a return label. See below for details.

At Alegria Shoe Shop our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping of any full price items. For fastest service please email us at info.alegriashoeshop@gmail.com to request a prepaid FedEx SmartPost shipping label. Please be sure to include your full name and order number when contacting us via email or when leaving a voice message. A return label will then be emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days.

    • Effective January 1, 2024, when using our prepaid label for returning sale or closeout shoes $12.50 will be deducted from your refund for shipping, as well as $7.50 per sale or closeout pair for restocking fees. Full price items are eligible for a full refund (via credit card, PayPal, or business check) of the purchase price.
    • If an item is returned from an order that qualified for a Spend More, Save More or similar coupon code discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. If the return causes the order total to drop below the required discount threshold, the discount will be recalculated based on the new order total, and any difference will be deducted from the refund.
    • Example Scenario:
      • A customer spends $260 to get 25% off ($65 discount).
      • They return $100 worth of items, bringing the new total to $160.
      • Since $160 only qualifies for 10% off, the refund must account for the $25 discount difference ($65 minus $40).


AlegriaShoeShop.com returns are easy:


  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Products must be resalable: in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Any sign of wear and tear (e.g. discolored, dirty, or damaged outsole or insole, scuffed uppers etc.) will disqualify your return from receiving a full refund and may be returned to you.
  • Return shipping is always free for full price items using our FedEx prepaid shipping labels (our prepaid labels are only available from shipments originating in the United States).


  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (usually within 72 to 96 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 60 days of purchase.

Please include full name and order number when leaving us a message or voicemail. A return label will then be emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days.



    PLEASE NOTE:
    Return shipping for full-price items is free. When using our prepaid label for returning closeout or sale items $12.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping charges incurred. A $7.50 restocking fee per closeout or sale item returned also applies.
