When I opened the package I was delighted because these shoes were even prettier than what the photographs show!
However, I was very disappointed when I tried them on because they were too small. I ordered them in a US size 10, which is my regular shoe size. The foot bed was too short and my heel hung off the back of the shoe just enough so that these would never have stayed on my feet.
That surprised me so I checked a pair of sandals I had ordered earlier in the season that fit perfectly to compare sizes. The difference between these size 10 shoes was that the Tuscany pair was an EU 40 and the sandals were an EU 41. The bottom line is that Alegria's size charts are inconsistent so buyer beware!
Sadly, I had to return these shoes. And of course the next size up was not in stock. The return process was a no-brainer but you don't get a refund, all you get is store credit and that's fine.
If you want to order a pair of Tuscanys, order a half size up and you should be OK.
