At Alegria Shoe Shop our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 15 days of purchase. You can visit our location to exchange or return your item(s) or return by UPS via the FREE SHIPPING LABEL.
Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

2) Simply fill out the form below and print this page by clicking on the Print button at the bottom of this page. Include this note with your return. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note EXCHANGE on your note.
After printing out the form, click on the PRINT FREE SHIPPING LABEL button to create a UPS label that will return the product back to us at no cost to you.
Please note for reference when filling out your UPS return label:
ONE PAIR OF SHOES WEIGHS 3LBS. Please just put the number 3 ... not the "lbs."
