Why don't we show the price?

Retailers like Alegria Shoe Shop have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how those prices may be communicated. The manufacturer does not allow us to show you this price until you place the item in your shopping cart.   Adding an item to the cart does not require you to purchase the product.   You can easily remove it from your cart if you decide not to buy it.

How to return a product to us:

At Alegria Shoe Shop our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 365 days of purchase. You can visit our Winston-Salem location to exchange or return your item(s) or return by UPS via the FREE SHIPPING LABEL.

Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

To ensure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

To start the return process, simply login to your existing Alegria Account by clicking on the "My Account/Order Status" link in the most upper right corner of the website. On this next page, click on the "Return Items" link as illustrated by the image below. This link will take you to our returns page where you will complete a form, print a shipping label, and finish the returns process. Please call us at 1-888-775-5655 if you have any questions.
