About undeliverable packages
|Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges). We must have the parcel in hand before a refund is issued unless the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact customer service.
Do you have customer service representatives that speak my native language?
|We value our international customers and will assist via phone or email in anyway that we can. At this time we only offer phone and email customer service support in English.|
Do you ship to my country?
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. NOTE: international customers are responsible for ALL TAXES AND DUTIES that may be accessed by a customs office. Shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES, DUTIES, AND/OR BROKERAGE FEES.

What are my payment choices?
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Also, all prices are stated in US dollars (USD), and any purchases or refunds will be transacted in USD.|
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please remember that shipping charges DO NOT COVER TAXES, DUTIES OR OTHER CUSTOMS FEES. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country.
We are currently shipping via United States Postal Service with the following service options:
Priority Mail International®
-Delivery typically in 6 to 10 business days, but can range up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs office hold times.
Express Mail International®
-Delivery typically in 3 to 5 business days, but can range up to 1 to 2 weeks depending on destination and customs office hold times.
Global Express Guaranteed®
-Delivery typically in 1 to 3 business days, but can range up to a week depending on destination and customs office hold times.
Please note that once an order has reached the destination country tracking updates may be unavailable using the provided USPS tracking number. Also, Alegria Shoe Shop will not be held responsible for international shipments that are held or delayed at your country's Customs or in the event of non delivery. Furthermore, Alegria Shoe Shop reserves the right to decline orders to international countries at our own discretion as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

We are happy to accept items for return or exchange from international customers. However, we cannot provide a free UPS return service. You will be responsible for returning the items to us via the postal carrier of your choice. We do recommend that your shipment be insured.
